Q: DO YOU PICK UP AT 1AM IN THE MORNING AFTER THE SHOW HAS FINISHED

A: Yes, we can help to pack up the gear and take it away after the show.

Q: DO YOU DELIVER THE EQUIPMENT

A: We are able to pick up and deliver to and from the airport, hotel, or any other arrangement if it is of assistance.

Q: IS YOUR EQUIPMENT ELECTRICALLY TAGGED AND TESTED, BECAUSE THE VENUE THAT WE ARE AT WILL NOT ALLOW THE USE OF GEAR THAT ISN’T.

A: Yes, all of our equipment is electrically tagged and tested.

Q: DO YOU SUPPLY SPEAKER LEADS

A: All speaker cabinets are supplied with jack to jack speaker leads. Speaker leads are not supplied with the head amplifiers.

Q: DO YOUR KEYBOARDS COME WITH STANDS AND STOOLS

A: Stands and stools are supplied with all Pianos. Stands are supplied with synthesizers.

Q: DO YOU SUPPLY CYMBALS

A: We do supply cymbals when requested. If not requested we presume the band members are bringing their own cymbals.

Q: DO MANUALS COME WITH THE GEAR

A: Upon request we can supply copies of the manuals.

Q: DO YOU SET UP THE EQUIPMENT

A: We can set up the equipment if requested.

Q: WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY FOR THE EQUIPMENT

A: All invoices are COD and are paid for on the day of the hire, unless other arrangements are made.

Q: DO I NEED PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION FOR A HIRE

A: An Australian driver’s license needs to be sited on the day of the hire, from private hirers.

Q: WHO IS LIABLE FOR DAMAGES TO EQUIPMENT

A: The Hirer is liable for any costs for damage to equipment whilst on hire. See terms and conditions of hire.
