Service & Delivery

We provide the following assistance for our Clients:

Delivery and Collection – We are pleased to provide delivery and pick up 24 hours a day. Our service covers the Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold and Sunshine Coasts as well as the North Coast of NSW.

Setting & Packing Equipment – If time is an issue, let us know and we will set-up and pack up for you. Just let us know the time you need us there!

Technical Backup & Advice – If there’s an issue, call us and we will provide whatever assistance is required. Sometimes gear is complicated, a quick call can save you time and hassle.

Airport Pickups & Deliveries – We are located a few minutes from Brisbane Airport and offer collection and drop off. Tell us when you’re flying and we will make the arrangements to meet you.

Drop Off & Pick Up Point For Freighted Goods – When you need something to freight from interstate, we can receive and store your instruments and deliver them for you to your next gig. We are happy to be the collection point for its return journey.

Sourcing – If you need something we don’t have, let us know and we will source whatever it is you need to do your show.

Storage – We have a large warehouse with extensive pallet racking facilities. If you need to leave gear between your events, we are happy to help with your storage needs.

Backline Accessories – Strings, batteries, skins, sticks, gaff, whatever you need to play, we have in stock ready to add to your order. No more running around town looking for 9V batteries for your tuner!
